1 × High Backrest

1 × Adjustable Headrest (if included)

1 × Gas Lift (Hydraulic Cylinder)

1 × Plastic Hydraulic Cover

1 × Multi-Function Tilt Mechanism

🛠️ Assembly Steps

Step 1: Install Wheels

Insert the 5 caster wheels firmly into the star base. Press until they click securely.

Step 2: Insert Gas Lift

Place the gas lift into the center hole of the star base.

Slide the plastic cover over the gas lift.

Step 3: Attach Mechanism to Seat

Turn the seat upside down.

Align the tilt mechanism with the holes under the seat.

Make sure the “FRONT” marking faces forward.

Tighten screws using the Allen key.

Step 4: Install Armrests

Attach both armrests to the sides of the seat.

Tighten all bolts evenly.

Step 5: Fix Backrest

Align the backrest with the seat bracket.

Insert and tighten screws securely.

Step 6: Install Headrest (If Applicable)

Slide the headrest into position and secure with screws.

Adjust to preferred height.

Step 7: Final Assembly

Place the assembled seat onto the gas lift.

Press down firmly until locked in place.

Test height adjustment lever

Test tilt & recline lock

Check armrest adjustments

Ensure smooth wheel movement

Confirm all screws are tight
