🛠️ Step-by-Step Assembly Process

1️⃣ Install the Casters (Wheels)

Turn the star base upside down.

Push each caster firmly into the holes at the end of each leg.

Ensure all wheels rotate freely.

2️⃣ Insert the Gas Lift

Turn the base upright.

Insert the gas lift cylinder into the center hole.

Place the plastic hydraulic cover over the cylinder (if provided).

3️⃣ Attach Tilt Mechanism to Seat

Turn the seat upside down.

Align the tilt/control mechanism with the pre-drilled holes.

Make sure the “FRONT” marking faces the front of the seat.

Tighten screws using the Allen key.

4️⃣ Install Armrests

Identify left and right armrests.

Align them with side holes of the seat.

Insert bolts and tighten properly.

5️⃣ Fix the High Backrest

Align the backrest with the seat bracket.

Insert screws through the back support plate.

Tighten securely (do not overtighten).

6️⃣ Mount Seat on Gas Lift

Lift the assembled upper portion.

Place the center hole over the gas lift top.

Press down firmly to lock into place.
